Well, I finally broke down and bought myself a tablet.....oh who am I kidding?! I JUST GOT A FUCKING TABLET!! WOOOOT AN'A HALF!!!! Its so cool to be able to not destroy my hand as I desperately try to be accurate with my mouse.
But excitement aside, as I predicted I can't stop using the thing, so this is the result of several long hours attempting to break into digital art. I still have a lot to do, but I couldn't wait any longer to post this. Not bad for my first time eh? Now if I could just get photoshop...
Oh, and I consider this to be part of the whole Sketch-a-Day thing...drawing, painting, same thing lol.

years! thats a long time! well i have drawn for years then stopped for a brief period then started back up. but i was looking at various tiger pictures, and tiger anthro pictures to study them and i have practiced and practiced however i lad little improvement. the best tiger i haver done is in my galler but when i look at yours my tiger is far from good enough. im wondering if im practiceing the wrong way. just like there are more effective ways to study ya know?
STOP WISHING! In the time you spent envying other people's work you could have drawn something in the room! You waste time wishing and comparing yourself to others when you could be working to get to the level you want to be at! look at stuff in life. People, objects, buildings, etc. and just draw what you see. Buy anatomy books and copy everything in them. I recommend staying away from "how to draw" books, because they are really just instructions rather than references. But seriously, ENOUGH WISHING!!

And then the rats came for them...THOUSANDS of them...dirty, dirty rats. And these weren't the cuddly kind of rats that you get in today's sewers.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
Featuring `ATrue's Literary Fundraiser, works from many Literature Groups on Deviantart aswell as Personal Choices and #Xpose-it's quiz night on the 26th March!
